These are the terms for using Ferried. By using the app, you agree to them.

the service

Ferried lets you send short, ephemeral notes to a small number of connections. The first connection is free; sending to more requires the subscription described below.

subscription

• Title: Ferried Connections+
• Length: auto-renews monthly until cancelled
• Price: $2 USD/month (or your local equivalent), charged to your Apple ID
• Grants up to 4 additional connections on top of the always-free first one.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings, or from Ferried's own Settings → manage subscription.

acceptable use

Don't use Ferried to harass, threaten, or send unlawful content to another person. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service.

your account

You're responsible for what's sent from your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → delete account.

no warranty

Ferried is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep notes delivered reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

changes

These terms may change from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the update.
