These are the terms for using Ferried. By using the app, you agree to them.

the service

Ferried lets you send short, ephemeral notes to a small number of connections. The first connection is free; sending to more requires the subscription described below.

subscription

• Title: Ferried+
• Length: one month, auto-renewing until cancelled
• Price: $1.99 USD per month, or the equivalent tier in your local App Store currency, charged to your Apple ID. The exact amount you'll be charged is always shown on the upgrade screen in the app before you confirm.
• Grants up to 4 additional connections on top of the always-free first one.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings, or from Ferried's own Settings → manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal — the current paid period runs to its end and is not refunded in part.

Where a free trial is offered, it begins at confirmation of purchase and converts to a paid month automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial is over. A free trial is offered once per Apple ID.

If your subscription lapses while you have more than one connection, the extra connections are paused rather than deleted — resubscribing restores them.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by Ferried, under the App Store's own terms.

acceptable use

Ferried has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't use it to harass, bully, threaten, or send sexual, hateful, or unlawful content to another person.

If someone sends you something that breaks these rules, long-press their name in the app to report the note or block them. Blocking ends the connection and stops them from sending you notes or connecting with you again. You can also block from manage connections. We review reports and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

your account

You're responsible for what's sent from your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → delete account; doing so also revokes Ferried's Sign in with Apple grant. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active subscription — cancel that separately in your App Store account settings, or you'll keep being charged for a plan you no longer have an account for. You must be 13 or older to use Ferried.

no warranty

Ferried is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep notes delivered reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

changes

These terms may change from time to time; continued use of the app after a change means you accept the update.
